the ways that today is wonderful:

the sky is warm and blue and welcoming.

the sun is shining.

i'm wearing a stretchy blue shirt that celebrates the fact that i've got curves.

my toenails are painted silver. my collarbone is decorated with silver sparkle.

this is a day when i can believe that my body is a temple.

and i am happy.
